Join established Hospitalist Group
- Cover 1-2 hospitals (only one hospital per day)
- Average daily volume - up to 20 patients
- Partnership available after 1 year - no buy in
- Call ratio currently 1:6 but due to practice growth it will soon be eliminated
- Competitive with MGMA
