TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively recruiting a permanent Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician near Lancaster, PA. We encourage experienced physicians to apply.
-Provide a full scope of primary care services within their field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment,
coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance.
Schedule:
-Option to work 4 – 10-hour days in lieu of 5 – 8 hour days. No weekends.
Physician Requirements:
-Board certified. 5+ years of experience, will consider less experience, Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a huge plus. Active PA license.
Facility Details:
-Seeing 21-27 Patients per day
-Have dedicated team consisting of M.A. and nurse care coordinator.
Salary and Benefits:
-Excellent compensation and benefits package including 5 ½ weeks paid time off, plus an additional week for CME.
-Will consider a relocation package for physician who is selected.
