Internist - Physician - (Internal Medicine) Locum Tenens
Staff Care is looking for a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician needed for a new locum tenen opportunity in New Hampshire. This assignment is in an outpatient clinic starting in May and will extend into the winter while they are permanent recruiting. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-5, with no call. There are an average of 17-20 patient per day, 90% are scheduled. Our client is willing to offer a flexible schedule as well as competitive compensation- please call Staff Care for more details.

Internal medicine (locum tenens) is a branch of medicine characterized by an emphasis on treating the whole body, rather than specialized focus on one body part of system. Many people use internists as their first point of medical contact, and in this way these physicians function similarly to primary care doctors. Internists are trained to treat and diagnose a wide range of illnesses that affect the entirety of the biological system. When an illness proves to be advancing, exotic or complex, internists will usually refer their patients to specialists.
