Specialty needed: Allergy & Immunology, Family Practice, or an Internal Med & Peds physician Qualifications: Must have a current state license, an active DEA, about 2 years of relevant experience, and a clean background Location: Orlando, FL Practice setting: Outpatient Health Clinic Dates or start date: Full time coverage needed for the week of 6/8/2015 *Future shifts will be available beyond the dates listed above Shift times: Mon/Wed/Fri (9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.), Tues (9:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.), Thurs (8:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.) Ages seen: Must be comfortable seeing patients of ages 13 years and older Patients per day: 15-20 Support staff: This facility is home to a very organized and friendly team of support staff EMR: Prognosis Procedures: No in-office procedures DEA required: Yes­ Additional information: We are seeking a provider who is interested in covering future Per Diem shifts.
