Citizen’s Baptist Medical Center is looking for a Board Certified Pediatrician or IM/PD to begin a new practice in Talladega, Alabama. This is an employment opportunity with the Baptist Health Centers.
For the right candidate, the salary for this opportunity is competitive and would be at the 50th MGMA percentile. The compensation package would also include the following:

Practice Description
Baptist Health Centers is a physician network under the umbrella of the Baptist Health System of Alabama. BHC physicians receive total practice management allowing the physicians’ focus to be on the practice of medicine and patient care.
Hospital Description
Citizens Baptist is a 122 bed short term acute care facility in Talladega with approximately 400 employees. The hospital offers a good range of clinical services including OB/GYN, PEDS, GS, CARD , GI and ED. Citizen’s joined the health ministry of the Baptist Health System in 1992 and serves North Talladega County.
