Full time Hospitalist 12 hour overlapping coverage 7pm-7am , - 7 on 7 off with every other shift 7am-7pm. 50 bed community based hospital and 6 miles from a tertiary level 1 hospital. Admits are 4-5 daily on average and carry 10-12 in patients. Perform ICU coverage in 6 bed unit and manage vents. No codes carried. There are 4 FT physicians in group. Compensation is $180 k plus malpractice plus 2 weeks vacation. Group to become a private practice eventually. No cath lab and Hospital up to date and renovated. No admission issues. Lovely community with very little if any crime and real estate in-expensive. H1B accepted and sponsored. No J1 position.
