Geriatrics Internal Medicine Physician Sought!
We are seeking a Geriatrics trained physician interested in the practice of medicine with the support of a multiple specialty group and a distinguished hospital administrative team? Full service geriatric practice including assessments in area nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital.
Established referral patterns from nursing homes, physicians, home health providers, community agencies, family and clergy. IM or FP Board Certification or Eligibility needed! Geriatric Fellowship a plus.
