Major Hospital System in OH is seeking a full-time Geriatrician to work with patients in nursing homes, outpatient and rounding. This position will also be involve in geriatric teaching for physicians and staff and will be responsible to initiate a Palliative Care Program. The Geriatrician will work in collaboration with other physicians, nurse practitioners, geriatric coordinator, geriatric resource nurse and social worker to enhance the geriatric service line. This is a great opportunity to be on the ground floor of an award-winning hospital system and program.
- Must be Board Certified IM, FP and Geriatrics
