We are looking for a Family Practitioner to join an FQHC group in our community. This position will be to serve an elderly population residing at two city located nursing homes. Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible. Residency trained. 5 days per week, shifts, with some weekend rounding. All Benefits included! Admissions will be referred to the Hospitalist program. 403B retirement plan, Malpractice provided, Good benefit package, Paid vacation 4 weeks and 1 week CME for 2 years, and then extend a week, Paid CME 1 week – $3500, Up to $10k in relocation expenses
