Hospitalist Physician Opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas!
As the incoming physician, you'll join a successful, respected hospitalist group that is dedicated to their medical team and intent on developing close working relationships with their hospital staff and administration. You'll work days in a post-acute care setting providing “bread and butter” inpatient medicine. The successful physician will be comfortable covering multiple facilities.
Responsibilities include: perform evaluations, including H&P’s, and orders at the time of admission; oversee and participate in daily rounds; perform duties of patient's primary-care physician; manage communication among doctors plus medical team, patient and their family; coordinate care with/among Specialists; provide pre-op evaluations; provide consultations; act as transition coordinator; collaborate with Case Managers; manage resources efficiently; provide discharge summaries and referrals; schedule patient follow-up; support every member of the medical team as required; and other inpatient duties as necessary.
In return for your training and experience, this opportunity is offering a MGMA competitive compensation package with a base salary and very lucrative bonus incentives, average earnings is $200,000+. The monthly productivity & quality bonus structures are easily attainable. Additionally you'll enjoy full benefits including: liability insurance with no tail requirement, health, dental, vision, disability, 401K w/match, and employee stock purchase plan.
