Inpatient Pulmonary/Critical Care position is open to join an established practice located in the beautiful Ozarks of Missouri. The hospital is 30 years old, has always been profitable and stable and is the sole provider for the community with a service area of 150k. The hospital and community are currently experiencing growth with this trend anticipated to continue. There are 40 physicians in every specialty for referrals. This is an employed position with a complete office set-up, stable staff, and administrative expenses covered.
A comprehensive benefits package has been structured to include base salary of $225K with productivity bonuses based on RVU model, malpractice, health insurance for the family, disability, 401k, 20 paid days of vacation, 7 paid holidays, 5 days for CMEs plus CME expense allotment, relocation expenses.
