H1 Visa - Hospitalist Opportunity in North Central Minnesota
Job Description:
- Base Salary of $185,000 - $200,000 plus
production bonus
- 7 or 8 shifts per month
- 24 hour shifts – you will not need to be
in the hospital for the entire shift
- Average 6 to 15 Patients Per Day
- Full Benefit Package
Hospital Information:
The Medical Staff is comprised of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, ENT, Radiologists, Urologists, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics, along with consulting Cardiologists and Neurologists and Oncologists.
24 hour fully staffed ER with Emergency Medicine Physicians and Trauma Teams readily available.
The Regional Hospital Services include Radiation Therapy, ICU, Medical – Surgical – Pediatric Floor, 24 hour Respiratory Therapy, Rehabilitation Services that include: Physical Therapy, Speech, Occupational therapy, Cardiac Therapy, Diabetes Services, Coumadin Services, hemodialysis, etc. It is JCAHO Certified and is very active in community. The hospital also has a certified cancer center with on site radiation therapy and a progressive surgical services department.
Primary Service Area population is 32,000 with a secondary population of 68,000.
The community has a strong economic base with a low cost of living.
Minnesota is known for its outstanding schools systems and high ACT and SAT scores. We offer both public and private school systems and an award winning high school. In our community we have a community/technical college.
The community college has an outstanding theater program. The region has a community concert series that brings in a variety of professional musical productions. We enjoy multiple restaurants and resorts in the area and are served by a major Airline with regular daily flights.
Our resident’s enjoy the year round recreational opportunities in our area. We are home to three of the Midwest’s premier golf courses. For the skiing enthusiast, we offer downhill and cross country skiing, sometimes right out your front door. The region is also filled with many lakes and rivers.
