Seeking a full-time Site Medical Director to oversee the hospitalist program.

Gateway Regional Medical Center is located just northeast of St. Louis, Missouri, in Granite City, Illinois. It is a 343-bed licensed facility committed to maintaining full service, state-of-the-art healthcare with satellite locations in Edwardsville, IL and Collinsville, IL. The facility has a wide range of health services including inpatient, outpatient, medical, surgical and emergency care.
Hospitalist Department Overview:
-Average daily census is 42 patients/12-18 patient encounters a day/provider
-24 hrs of daytime physician coverage, 12 hrs of nightly on-call physician coverage
-22 hrs of APP coverage
-7 on/7 off schedule
-Annual Medical Director Stipend offered!
-Sign-on and relocation bonuses offered!
-Ability to grow in EmCare organization
Qualifications:
-BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice with ED experience with BLS and ACLS
-Previous Director experience preferred
