• Permanent Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
JOB DETAILS
• Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
• Round on patients in the morning and clinic in the afternoon
• Average 15-20 patients in the clinic per day
• Call is 1:3
• 25-bed critical access hospital
• Full benefits with malpractice provided
• PTO with additional time off for CME with stipend
• Sign-on bonus and loan forgiveness available
• Up to $6,000 in relocation assistance
COMMUNITY DETAILS
• Located in southeast West Virginia
