Hospital employed position working traditional inpatient/hospitalist and outpatient medicine. This is a combined Hospitalist and outpatient medicine position. When doing inpatient medicine, candidate will work as hospitalist and will be on call for 24 hours during the shift. You will then have 5 weeks with no call. As Hospitalist work week is Friday to Friday, approximately 12 patients a day and admits are approximately 5 patients a day. ICU coverage is required – 6 Bed ICU with average of 1 patient/day.
When working in outpatient setting, you will see approximately 20-24 patients a day. There is no call when working as outpatient setting! 200k salary and negotiable sign on bonus (20k), relocation, full benefits. Community is an hour to Denver!
