Hospitalist - Pediatrics - Physician - (Hospitalist - Peds) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 01/01/2015Available Shifts: 12 Hour/Day

Pediatric Hospitalist needed to fill locum tenens assignment, 12 hour shifts, with established healthcare corporation. Please contact Staff Care for additional information.

A pediatric hospitalist(locum tenens) is a physician who works with children in inpatient or hospital settings. They offer care to children in multiple departments, including: labor and delivery, intensive care, the pediatric ward, and newborn nursery. A pediatric hospitalist work with regular pediatricians and other physicians involved in a child's care, to ensure the most efficient and effective treatment plan available. A pediatric hospitalist provides treatment in the areas of illness, injury, surgery, and newborn care.

Required Qualifications
Lumbar puncture and diagnostic paracentesis and large joint (knee, shoulder) aspirations.

Use EPIC Electronic Medical Records.
