Hospitalist – DAY SHIFT - Virginia
Excellent opportunity for a BC / BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is trained as a Hospitalist. This hospital employed position is with
a 44 bed community hospital that serves an area of around 35,000 residents. This thriving program is hosted in a new facility which was completed in 2012. New model for physicians will be 7 days on and 7 days off. Day shift is 7 AM to 7 PM with two physician hospitalists alternating weeks. With 1 Day Nurse Practioner who works M-F.
Salary offered is in the range of $300k plus incentives, sign on bonus, benefits, malpractice and Loan Repayment.A generous employer matched 403(b) program is offered. Up to $15k in moving expenses are offered.
Nestled in the beautiful lower highlands of western Virginia, this area is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. It is less than 40 minutes from the Tri cities of Tennessee. The area provides access to some of the best recreational areas in the mid-atlantic, and southeastern United States!
