- Call: Will be required to take calls and must be present to admit
- Support Staff: Other hospitalists, other subspecialty support (NEPH, ORTHO, NEURO, Critical Care)
- Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): ICU involvement - open ICU. Procedures required (EKG interpretation, intubation, lumbar puncture, paracentesis). Hospitalists will be 1st responder for codes.
- Charting/Dictation: EMR - Cerner
- BC/BE Requirement: Board Certified/Board Eligible IM (BE - within 5 years) Family Practice or Internal Medicine
