Practice Details:
Medical Director/Leadership Opportunity for a Hospitalist Physician in Grand Rapids! As the incoming physician, you'll join a successful, respected hospitalist group that is dedicated to their medical team and intent on developing close working relationships with their hospital staff and administration. This is a key management position providing leadership and guidance to an established program as well as working closely with facility administration to improve both quality and quantitative results. You'll also provide care in an inpatient/hospitalist setting.
Previous program director or management experience as well as excellent clinical and interpersonal skills is required.
Compensation:
In return for your training and experience, this opportunity is offering a MGMA competitive compensation package with a end of year guarantee salary of $200,000, monthly bonuses based on productivity and quality, and full benefits including: liability insurance with no tail requirement, health, dental, vision, disability, 401K w/match, and employee stock purchase plan.
