Hospitalists Sought! Double pay for holiday shifts
This opportunity has an open ICU. The hospitalists’ core services include primary care coverage; subspecialist consultation, preoperative evaluations, open ICU coverage, and ED unassigned coverage. The practice will have 6 hospitalists and a block schedule! 7/7 schedule. Work schedules for hospitalists include seven-on/seven-off block scheduling with equitable night rotation. The hospital offers flexible scheduling with shift times of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
We offer a high base salary plus incentive based on performance, productivity, documentation, and quality. In addition, we also provide paid health/vision/dental insurance, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, $15,000 annual retirement contribution, and premium holiday pay.
