Hospitalist Sought!
Our Hospitalist program has been operational for eight years now! Our team is made up of nine Hospitalists and a Director. Four physicians work during the day (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.), each caring for his/her own group of patients. One Hospitalist covers the ICU. One Hospitalist covers all patients and new admissions during the night (5 p.m. to 7 a.m.). During the day, the teams rotate as the admission Hospitalist. One covering from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the other from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. while the third Hospitalist accepts the post-midnight patients. The Hospitalists are presently available for consultations as well as the management of critical care patients for any physician.
