Middle Tennessee hospital seeks a Program Director to develop a hospitalist program. This 70 bed hospital is located 1 hour outside of Nashville in a rural community surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers. It is a beautiful area offering a family friendly community with a low cost of living while still allowing easy access to all of the metro amenities of Nashville!

-Hospital employed w/ freedom to develop program
-Ideally 7on/7off but flexible
-Need ability to do ICU procedures (4 bed ICU)
-75,000 population service area
-MGMA or better base salary, productivity incentives and full benefits
-Sign on bonus, full relocation, student loan forgiveness
-In Partnership with Saint Thomas Health
