Must have previous managed care experience. BC/BE Internist needed for a Hospitalist position. This is an employed position joining a multi specialty group which includes a hospitalist team. The schedule is 7 on and 7 off, Tuesday to Monday 7a-7p. Join 7 other hospitalists. No procedures. 15 average daily patient case load. Open to someone interested in leadership or a new grad. Spanish speaking is preferred. Demographics are middle class patients belonging to an IPA where all patients have a PCP.
Competitive salary ($180K-$220K DOE) and benefits including bonuses, medical, dental, retirement, $1K CME which goes up after 1st year, malpractice insurance, sign on bonus and relocation. Employed with no partnership. 1 week PTO offered along with 7 on/7 off schedule.
