Advantage Locums urgently needs hospitalists to assist a client in Chipley Florida to start ASAP as they recruit permanent physicians!! Ideally looking for providers that can commit for at least 3 months.
Basic procedures you may be required to perform, depending on each facility are: Intubation, central lines, etc.
Must be able to work within ICU setting, however, each facility does have an intensivist on staff to oversee the critically ill patients.
All shifts are: Monday thru Sunday, 7 days per week, 12 hour shifts. Working one week on, one week off and a minimum of 14 days per month. Rotating Holiday coverage.
7 on 7 off schedule.
Day & night Shifts available
Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians with hospitalist experience.
Chipley- Florida:
Census for each MD per day: 8-12 or more. Will receive additional compensation for all patients seen beyond 13. The critically ill patients will always be transferred to a major Hospital within the area.
Position could be a locums to permanent opportunity.
Along with a competitive hourly rate, Advantage Locums will cover travel and lodging while on assignment. Mal-practice will also be provided.
