We currently have an opening for a full-time Hospitalist and a full time Nocturnist at one of our facilities in Napa CA. Our daytime physician- The base salary is $200K. Number of shifts/ month is approx 16-18/month. Average number of patients 15-18. Day call is from 6am - 6pm for admitter; rounders are from 8 am - 6pm. Procedures: can do them if want to; it is a plus ICU rounding: Yes, this is important.
Our Nocturnist is 7x7 nights. Base $200K/yr for 12 night shifts a month. If dr. wants to do less, it can be discussed. For every shift beyond 12 is $1000. Making the schedule is very flexible. We can tailor it according to doctor’s needs or preference. Night call is from 6pm to 6 am. Average number of night admits is from 4-8 patients a night. Rarely does one get 10+ admission. There is a back up night doc from 6pm -6 am too.
Qualified candidates will be Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board eligible in with eligibility for medical licensure in the State of California.
