Opportunity for a Physician to join our new Hospital Medicine program full-time at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, West Virginia. Interviews are currently being conducted, and the new program is scheduled to begin in October 2013. Candidates should have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program and be BCIM or BCFP certfied. The schedule will be 7-on/7-off block model, and no call will be required. Physician staff will have Advanced Practice Clinician support 7 days a week. Situated on Greenbrier River and known as the county’s commerce and transportation center from the 1870s to the mid-1900s, Ronceverte has an historic railroad and lumber heritage, as evidenced by the stately 1915 Craftsman style train depot in the town center and the presence of Mullican Flooring. Ronceverte offers access to many outdoor recreation opportunities in the Greenbrier Valley with the county’s largest municipal; hiking and biking trails; canoeing, fishing and boating; and much more.
