H1 visa's are accepted here. BC/BE Hospitalists (IM) needed for day and night shifts. Facility is in a suburb just 20 miles from BOSTON, MA.
Nocturnist Position:
COMPENSATION: Base Salary of $220,000 plus an hourly rate for any shift worked beyond an average of 15 shifts per month.
COMMENCEMENT BONUS: TBD
BONUS POOL: Up to $16,000 per calendar year (prorated for partial calendar year employment) (based on the following Criteria which include Core Measures, Physician, Nurse and Patient Satisfaction, and Citizenship. Please refer to Schedule 5.C. of Sample contract)
PRODUCTIVITY BONUS: $35 per work RVU above a TBD annual threshold
IMMIGRATION ASSISTANCE: Yes, H-1B Visa Sponsorship covered by employer.
Green Card Sponsorship ? Partial (only as it relates to verification of employment, information and fees required of employer).

Days Positions:
COMPENSATION: Base Salary of $180,000 plus an incentivized hourly rate for any shift worked beyond an average of 15 shifts per month.
COMMENCEMENT BONUS: TBD
QUALITY BONUS POOL: Up to $16,000 per calendar year (prorated for partial calendar year employment) based on pre-determined quality metrics.
PRODUCTIVITY BONUS: $35 per wRVU above a pre-designated annual threshold.
