New facility in Indiana is seeking additional hospitalist for either fulltime or part time locums coverage with the possibility to be retained as perm hire.
• Indiana
• Located 80 Miles east of Chicago, IL
• a Not-for-profit Multi hospital Catholic health care System with 30 points of access across North Central Indiana.
• 254 bed hospital – New $355 Million dollar facility that opened in 2009, with a 90 acre campus
• Currently a 12 Hospitalist program that began in 2008, Looking to expand the program to a 15 Hospitalist program.
• Daily Staffing Grid of 1 admitting physician, 2 attending Physicians and one nocturnist with an average of 15-20 PPD.
• Schedule is 7 & 7
• No procedures required – There are Intensivist on staff.
• EMR’s in use are Cerner.
• Can obtain a Indiana License in just a few weeks.
• Credentialing should only take about 4-5 weeks to complete.
