We have a great Locum Tenens Hospitalist opportunity 12 miles south of Atlanta, GA through our parent company Sound Physicians. We are currently looking for physicians on a permanent and Locum Tenens basis. The basic service requirements are below:
• Program will start November 7th, 2012
• Looking at all availability right now (7 days on – 7 days off, 5-7 days consecutive, weekend work, etc)
• Days and night shift rotations – 12 hour shifts
• Board Certified or strong Board Eligible Internal Medicine candidates
• NO Procedures at this point, but could change
• H&P on admitted patients
• Daily rounding and coordinate care
• We are checking on codes and if ACLS is needed
• 60 days average to obtain privileges
We will provide travel, lodging, malpractice insurance, and a competitive hourly rate.
