Hospitalist Needed to Join Established Team

Collegial Hospitalist team seeking physician to join already established program. 12 hour shifts / no call after shift ends/ 7 on 7 off schedule, with physician extender coverage. Staffing 8 physicians working two groups of four.

This opportunity is employed and offers a competitive compensation of $240,000, as well as an attractive bonus earned annually based on quality and patient satisfaction. We also offer CME allowance and provide paid malpractice with tail.

Baptist Health Madisonville includes a 410-bed tertiary care hospital, with a sophisticated ICU/CCU (20-bed open unit), 8 locations and 6 county service area.

BHM is an academic affiliate of the University of Louisville. Our physicians enjoy teaching medical student during their 3rd and 4th years. We also have an established Family Medicine Residency program, which is a 6-6-6 program, where residents rotate through each specialty.
