Currently seeking only IM docs. Can be FMG’s but need to have good communication – at least and 8 out of 10 (on scale of 0 – terrible to 10 – excellent)
Below is the description of the opportunity:
100 bed facility / 6 bed ICU
Procedures : Central lines/Picc lines/Intubation – very infrequent but need to have ability to perform.
Hospitalists do manage Vents. No pulmonologist on staff at the hospital. – but do have specialty backup
Call rotation : 2 docs on each week. (seeking 4 docs total in the program) 12hr shift rounds on patients/24hour shift only admits and sees consults, then the two flip schedules
Sseeking motivated, hospitalists for employed opportunity.
Compensation package includes:
• Aggressive salary with bonus structure (Salary $190k-$200k) – bonus potential up to $25k
• Week on week off shifts
• Paid vacation – 20 additional shifts per year
• Targeted Patient cap of 15
• Up to $5,000 CME/Licensing
• Sign on bonus
• Relocation Assistance
• Paid Malpractice
• Retirement package
• Full benefits Medical/Dental/Vision
