Hospitalist
(30 miles East of Shreveport, LA)
-20-22 patients/day per doc w/ MLP
-BE/BC in FP and IM accepted
-7:00am-7:00pm; on call 7:00pm-7:00am
-MLP M-F 9 hour shifts
-Med Host EMR
-Temp Privs granted; 90 days for full temps
-Avg. daily admissions is 4-7; inpatient & Obs admissions 7p-7a: 10. Endotracheal intubations, vent management, and Code response are required, and there is OBGYN backup 24/7 with other speiclay support availble most days: Gen Surg, Ortho, Psych, and Nephro. occasionaly Gastro, Heme/onc. there is no Pulmo, Critical Care, or Neuro sub specialty support
