Need is for a long term provider
Must have PEDS cross cover background
Patient census:
17-30 patients on average split between a mid-level provider
125 bed facility
Open ICU will respond to codes
No procedures
Acceptable Specialty:
Family Practice and Internal Medicine with dedicated Hosp experience
Will also accept GS
Must have a clean background
Credentialing time frame:
60-90 Days;
EMR ½ paper ½ maps
Schedule:
7 on 7 off a must for the schedule
7a-7p with night call from 7p-7a
PA covers for night admits unless critically ill patients
Certifications requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified
PALS, ACLS BLS and ATLS
