BC Hospitalist coverage to help pick up shifts. Provider will need to come in day before for orientation. Need as soon as we get credentialed.
Our day shifts run 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and night shifts 8:00 pm - 8:00 am.
Coverage Needed:
Sporatic shifts Days and Nights on 8s for the next several months
Details:
Inpatient Hospitalist
Average number of Patients/Day: 8-10 during the day & 15-20 at night
Average number of Admissions/Day: 6
Average number of Admissions/Night: 2
ICU Critical Care duties
No midlevel support
LT responds to Codes
Not expected to serve as back up in ER
BLS and ACLS certified
Procedures required for night shift (preferred for day): vent management, central lines, thoracentesis, and intubations
Hospital:
142-bed tertiary hospital
New OR in the Hospital
Level III Trauma
24-hour emergency department
Anesthesiologist
Onsite Radiologist
