FANTASTIC TEAM, LEADERSHIP & HOSPITAL!
Physician Model: 14 physician model with 4 Mid-Levels growing to a 20 physician 4 Mid-Level team- You’ll have a direct Mid-level to work with!
Schedule – 7 on/7 off; 12 hour shifts; (7A to-7P)
Census: Average 17
NO night on-call
Truly a physician lead hospitalist program- The best CMO and Medical Director you will ever find!
All specialty back up!
NO Procedures to be done – Full specialty back-up
ACLS required
Code Response Team in place

** NOCTURNIST POSITIONS AVAILABLE AS WELL!
Community- Rome, GA is less than an hour from the Atlanta perimeter. The Movies, “Remember the Titans” and “Sweet Home Alabama” were filmed there! ……….The area has a city population of over 30,000 and a County population of approximately 100,000. It is located dead center between Atlanta, Chattanooga, TN and Birmingham, AL. Rome is Located in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountains at the confluence of the Etowah River and the Oostanaula River…...Rome is home to three colleges: Shorter University, Coosa Valley Technical College and Georgia Highlands College. The area boasts a vibrant downtown with many festivals and local activities. The community has several excellent schools both public and private.
Hospital- Floyd Medical Center is a STATE OF THE ART, 304 bed acute care and level 2 Trauma Center and is the facility where other area hospitals send their referred patients for better care!
Floyd Medical Center is the preferred provider in the area and provides a full range of services, including inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical care, emergency care, pre-natal and post-partum care, physical therapy, behavioral health services, home health and hospice care.
Our compensation package includes a very competitive base salary with quality bonus based on core measures, NOT volume…amongst other benefits.
