Gastroenterologist - Physician - (Gastroenterology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Seeking fulltime GI coverage for 3 months or more. Clinic plus hospital with 1:7 call. Will consider on/off schedules for a provider that can cover at least 1-2 weeks/month..

Gastroenterologists(locum tenens) are physicians who have specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of medical issues associated with the digestive track, including organs such as the esophagus, stomach, liver, intestines and pancreas. These physicians treat conditions such as acid reflux disease, hemorrhoids, ulcers, IBS, hernias and hepatitis, among many other others. Gastroenterologists are well versed in knowledge pertaining to the movement of food through the body and receive extensive training in endoscopic procedures and imaging.
