Large multi-specialty group seeks to add Gastroenterologist. Join busy 3-physician GI department. Group consists of 28 physicians: 7 General/Trauma Surgeons, 4 Urologists, 3 Cardiovascular Surgeons, 3 GIs, 2 ENTs, 3 Internists, 3 FPs, 1 Ortho Surgeon, 1 Rheumatologist, and 1 Endocrinologist. Enjoy:
• Employed position (W-2)
• Offices located adjacent to Doctors Medical Center of Modesto
• Call schedule of 1:4 –from home
• Strong, established referral base
• Screening colonoscopy appointments for new patients currently being booked out 3 months
• Non-profit Medical Foundation model that allows physicians to enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the security of being employed
• Compensation package that includes salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines), relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage
• Income is based on productivity (wRVU model) after guarantee period
• Extremely flexible model - physicians determine their own work load and schedule; income commensurate to production
State-wide California-based Medical Foundation established May 1, 2012. Manages all administrative duties for physicians including marketing, staffing, billing/collecting, etc.
Must be BE-BC with California License, or in process. Proficiency in ERCP and EUS required. Please send CV for immediate consideration.
