-Verified need for service
-Over 150 referral cases per month are being sent away / be busy day one
-Experienced staff with 14 room GI suite
-New scopes including Halo Equipment
-New MOB located on 500 Bed hospital campus
-Salary of $600K+, RVU Bonus structure, full benefits including sign-on/stipend, student loan forgiveness, etc.
-Call of one weekend per month
