Opportunity:
As the incoming Gastroenterologist, you'll join, or partner in, a practice that is losing a physician due to an upcoming retirement, with a call of 1:5. This is a very successful practice with increasing patient volume as such you should expect to see a steady stream of outpatients in a week and perform a large volume of procedure on a yearly basis. Huge demand in the community has resulted in a 6-month wait for screening colonoscopies at both independent practices in town. You will have a full, vibrant practice immediately! ERCP training is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:
Practice is offering a partnership track or you can choose to start a solo practice with shared overhead of office space/staff, including the practice's Nurse Practitioner, or you can choose an employment model with a competitive salary. Plus you are going to love living and playing in Binghamton!
