Family Practice Physician - (PCP - FP) Locum Tenens
Outpatient clinic 40 minutes Northeast of Binghamton, NY is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to work ASAP (after 6-8 week credentialing timeframe) for 3 months with the possibility of extension. Our client is currently recruiting for a permanent physician. This is a Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm outpatient opportunity with no call coverage requirement. The candidate will see 22 patients per day which are mostly scheduled. Typical cases include acute sick visits, well visits, and chronic condition management (such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.). Suturing is a plus but not a requirement. Support will be provided by RN's, MA's, and the candidate will work alongside 3 other providers. Staff Care will cover travel and lodging expenses as well as your Medical Malpractice.
