Specialty needed: Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Family Practice, or a General Practice physician
Qualifications: Must have a current state license, an active DEA, and about 3 years of relevant experience
Location: North of Orlando, FL
Practice setting: Outpatient Community Health Center
Dates or start date: Ongoing coverage needed until a permanent provider is found
Shift times: Mon-Thurs (8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.) Fri (8:00a.m. – 12:00p.m.)
Ages seen: Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages (infant – adult)
Patients per day: 25-30
Support staff: This facility is home to a very organized and friendly team of support staff
