Seeking Family Practitioner to join private practice located 15 miles west of Boston. Practice currently has two long term physicians and one advanced practitioner who has also been there more than ten years. Position is outpatient only, with no OB and no inpatient work. Patients ages range from newborn through geriatrics. Call coverage is 1:7 during the week and 1:5 weekends, call is shared with two internists. New physician will be encouraged to focus on quality of care so will see around 10 patients/day and then ramp up to around 15/day. The office strives towards getting all admin work done during the week so that there is no charting done at night or on weekends. EMR is implemented through the office and tech support is readily available. Academics is an option for physicians who desire to supervise medical students, they have multiple universities who utilize their office for Residents. Nursing home rounding is an option if desired. Salary is two years guaranteed plus productivity bonus and generous benefits package including health insurance, PTO, CME time and stipend and malpractice insurance.
