Family Practice Physician Sought! We are actively recruiting a Family Medicine physician. Employed!
We are offering full support for an additional provider to join staff. With a determined need of 9.3 physicians and only 5 in practice, the community need warrants greater healthcare access. With a very supportive hospitalist program in place, there will be no expectations of emergency call coverage.
With our hospitalist program in place as of April 2010, there is no expectation of emergency call coverage for this group. Specialists present in the community include General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, OBGYN, Urology, Cardiology, and Gastroenterology. Office space is available on and around the hospital campus. Existing Medical Staff By-Laws stipulate that all staff physicians must be Board certified in their respective specialties. The one exception to this requirement allows for the recruitment of a non-Boarded physician so long as they are Board eligible and are within five years of their most recent formal training. The successful candidate will not only have completed the requisite training, but must also demonstrate a willingness to become actively integrated into the community. Compensation & Recruitment Package: We provide our newly-recruited physicians with a highly competitive financial package. Using data from current MGMA reports as well as additional marketplace indicators, we provide financial incentives that will insure fiscal stability during the first twelve months of the
developing practice. This employed position will enjoy no risk to his salary in the first year, as well as financial assistance for Relocation (paid on a “claims made†basis), Practice management consulting
