No Visa's. BC/BE FP needed to join a new, rapidly growing ?ahead-of-the-art? practice with one FP and two ARNP?s in one of the most livable cities in America. The hospital offers a generous first year sign-on, moving allowance, loan-repayment, overhead and salary guarantee the first year (any funds advanced over actual earnings will be forgiven over the next 36 months). The hiring FP will guarantee the 2nd and 3rd years at a reasonable level. The potential income is outstanding. A conservative estimate of monies available for personal salary and benefits in the 2nd year is 204K, the 3rd year 269k, beyond that is 300K or more. Those numbers are based on a ramp-up in production that follows his own trajectory starting from ?0? in 2006. You should grow even faster in an established practice with momentum. Full partnership in practice and new building is available after 2nd year. Adjacent to a full-service community hospital. Call is 1:6 and of low intensity. Admit your own patients or use the hospitalists. OB if you want it. This is a superior practice in a virtually new, highly efficient office purposely built for Family Medicine. The RIGHT candidate will have fire in their belly and a desire to build a strong practice. They will also have certainty that this location is right for them. Facility: - Fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations - The hospital provides 24 hour-emergency care in a Level IV Trauma Designated Facility - The hospital features a Level I Newborn Nursery and Birthing Suites specially designed for Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP). There's an Outpatient Pre-Surgery Clinic, six Surgical Suites, an Ambulatory (same-day surgery) Center with 20 private rooms, a Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Program and an Intensive Care and Critical Care unit with advanced monitoring and equipment. The 24-hour full-service Laboratory is accredited by College of American Pathologists. The Mammography program is accredited by the American College of Radiology.
