Urgent: Physician needed in southeast Illinois
Advantage Locums is in critical need of a physician (FP, IM , IM/Peds) to provide full time or part time locum coverage in an outpatient clinic in southeast Illinois.
• Must be a MD/DO with a board certification in FM, IM or IM/Peds or Board Eligible (within in 5 years of completing residency )
• Type of Practice: Hospital based rural health Clinic
• Must have active IL License and DEA
• Providers in the group: 2 physicians and 5 mid-levels
• Dates needed: ASAP for 6 weeks, also interested in candidates willing to work long term or to permanent position.
• Permanent position: client willing to provide moving expenses, loan repayment & sign on bonus
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, client willing to be very flexible with days & hours
• Locum provider will not be expected to supervise other healthcare providers
• 80% outpatient, 20 % inpatient
• Treat all ages
• Payer mix: Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance, Private Practice
• Procedures need: Primary Care
• Expected patient load per day: 20-25
Along with a competitive hourly rate, Advantage Locums will provide travel, lodging and mal practice while on assignment.
