Family Practice physician needed to work in a post actue care facility in Syracuse, New York. You will work a Monday through Friday schedule, with a share night call of 1 in 4. Call is taken from home. Post acute care is a level of medical care designed to improve the transition from the hospital to the community. This is an employed position by the group.
