Outpatient Family Practice physician needed to join 1 primary care physician and 1 mid level working in a community health center in the Albany, New York area. You will work 36 hours per week. Phone call is 1 in 8. This position is outpatient work only. The practice uses electronic medical records. You will see both adults and children. This is a very established practice. There is a 3 to 4 week wait for new patients. This is an employed position by the group. The population is 50,000. Cost of living is low. This community is located near the Adirondack Mountains and only 15 minutes from Albany and 2 1/2 hours from NYC. The group is offering a base salary for 2 years. Incentive bonuses start on day one and are based on RVU production. An additional 10 % bonus will be given based on quality.
