Private practice with three physicians is looking for a fourth. Work Monday to Friday in the office and call is 1 in 4. The practice has an electronic medical records system, onsite lab and pulmonary testing. Work at only one non for profit full service community hospital located in the heart of the city. About 5,000 surgeries are performed at the hospital each year. The hospital is the primary healthcare facility in the community. Additionally, the hospital has enjoyed over 20 years of financial stability. This can be attributed to strong, progressive leadership and participation demonstrated by both the Hospitals Medical Staff and its Administration. The most exciting endeavor currently underway is the Hospitals $28 million expansion which includes new state-of-the-art OR suites, ICU/CCU, Ambulatory Services, and Maternity. The Hospital recently celebrated the opening of its new Surgery Center, which is equipped with state of the art Technology in each of its 4 major and 3 minor operating suites. The community is mid sized city with a city population of 20K and the county is 125K. It is located on majestic Lake Ontario, the 13th largest fresh water lake in the world. Recreation includes biking, hiking, golfing and is surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Many lakeside and riverfront cafes and fine dining restaurants.
