There is an experience nurse practitioner working in the practice now. They have a hospitalist group that does almost all the inpatient work. Total inpatient work will be less than 20% of the position. The hospital has 35 bed. They are offering a salary guarantee of $190,000 for 2 years then an rvu production plan.
