Hospital employed practice in Upstate New York is looking to add family practice physicians. This can be an all outpatient practice or combination inpatient/outpatient position. Work standard office hours Monday to Friday and share in a 1 in 9 call schedule. They use hospitalist to help share in the call rotation. Work at one hospital with over 260 beds. The serving are is above 250,000 people. There are 180 physicians on staff. The hospital is offering a starting salary of $178,000 plus RVU bonuses, malpractice, $10,000 in relocation and full benefit that include health, dental, vision, 31 days PTO, $3,000 CME plus 5 days, 401k with match and 6% deferred annuity program. $10,000 sign on bonus.
